We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Duties:
-Reviewing and processing bills, invoices, and credit memos
-Entering weekly sales into our POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews
-Balancing the books on a daily basis
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Maintain office phone systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial tasks and Excel as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic HR processes is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment
