Our Average pay range $75k-150k per year - but has potential to be much higher depending on skill level!*

Our ideal candidate:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Good customer service skills and work ethic. Has basic computer skills and the ability to follow a process.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
• Previous sales experience ideal but not required
• Must be professional with a confident attitude
• Proficient in telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Efficient with time management to be able to make a minimum of 50 calls per day
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented
• Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping
• Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Quick thinker and learner
• Previous eleads experience ideal not required
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
• Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
• Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness
• Saturdays required and some Sundays
