Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- SEO Leadership: Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase the visibility of our video technology solutions.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to formulate and implement an overarching marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand positioning.
- Cross-Team Partnership: Work with growth marketing (web and lifecycle), product teams, and other key stakeholders to integrate narratives and thought leadership content into go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content marketing and SEO team.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms including blogs, whitepapers, videos, social media, and more.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on content and SEO performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our content marketing and SEO efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in content marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of leadership in a senior role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., to drive insights and strategy.
- Content Creation: Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of successful content marketing campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
