Servers
Our Servers are responsible for serving meals to guest in a warm, accommodating and professional manner and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Greets all guests in a friendly manner.
- Presents menus to the guest, answers questions, and makes recommendations regarding food, beverage, wine pairing and service.
- Recites order back to the guest and ask questions regarding guests preference of preparation in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Shares specials of the day clearly and concisely, describing their preparation Follow all safety, hygiene and cleanliness protocols at all times. Enters orders into the Point of Sale system.
- Responsible full cycle food service; take, enter, and deliver all food and beverage orders to your assigned tables in a timely manner. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their order and respond promptly to any requests;
- Observes his/her stations to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed.
- Prepares final bill, present check to guest, accept payment and makes change for the guest if necessary.
- Totals all receipts at the end of the shift.
- All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Food Handler Card certification required, otherwise to be obtained within 30 days from date of hire;
- Excellent verbal communications skills;
- Regularly communicate in a positive and effective manner with our guests in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a well groomed appearance per the Dress code in the employee handbook;
- Write in a legible manner;
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to use a Point-of-Sale device.
Bartenders
Looking for the following Bartender skills and qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
