Community Resource Coordinator

The Community Resource Coordinator will manage the oversight of our systems and processes that respond to those in our city in need of help and resources. This person will manage a team and work with all leaders in the Missions Department to effectively serve those within Vineyard Columbus (VC), Vineyard Community Center (VCC) and in our city.

In this role you will:

• Supervise and manage case workers, volunteers, and interns
• Train VC Staff in responding to those in need
• Bridge internal partnerships to address gaps in the systems
• Coordinate community class offerings
• Create and regularly evaluate the systems and processes used to respond to those in need of help
• Manage requests for assistance
• Process financial assistance requests

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social work, criminal justice, human services or relevant field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database use
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in advocacy, case management, social services or related field
• LSW preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
