What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Maintenance position at Vineyards Management Group?
Vineyards Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community.
This maintenance technician position is responsible for:
- Small handy man jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting and interior and exterior upkeep)
- Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
- Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs
- Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside contractors brought in as deemed necessary by park manager
- Participate in work orders provided by management
- Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots
- Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable)
- Pool Maintenance (if applicable)
- Other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
