Job Title: Psychologist

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
Job Overview: The Psychologist at is responsible for providing psychological services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This role requires close collaboration with the behavioral health team and direct clinical supervision of psychological staff. The psychologist will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide behavioral management recommendations to support clients' developmental and psychological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients ages six to eighty-five with intellectual disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment and behavioral management plans.
- Provide psychological counseling, behavior modification, and psychosocial skills instruction.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to support client care.
- Supervise psychological staff, student interns, and practicum students.
- Provide training and in-service programs for direct care staff and family members.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to psychological care in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).
- Collaborate with the Special Education Department and participate in strategic planning.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of client care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Psychologist by the Arkansas State Board of Psychology
- Experience in psychological testing, behavior management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide staff supervision.

Pay: $120.00 - $125.00 per hour
