Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Med Spa Manager at VIO Med Spa in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Med Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing spa operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and promoting skin care services. You will be responsible for onboarding and training new team members on our systems & processes including the consultation and sales process.
You will work hand in hand with ownership and the operations team on marketing events & ways to grow the business. The Med Spa Manager will be expected to maintain certain KPIs to sustain and grow the business on a weekly and monthly level.
Qualifications
- Spa Management, Budgeting, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in promoting skin care services
- Customer Satisfaction and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of the wellness and aesthetics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Sales experience in a med spa is a MUST
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
