YOUR MISSION (The Job Description):

Assist overall marketing team in execution of projects, marketing research, assistance in all efforts, critical paths, owner of meeting minutes and organizer of all efforts to maximize efficiency of all senior team members. Shares responsibility in photography, social media, capturing shoots and management of 3rd party photographer schedule.

The Partnership Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the organization of the Social Media Assets, the folders and files containing content. Content schedule updating and live posting within the space of the activations and assigned daily/nightly events. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to attend assigned venues regularly, interact with guests and engage with followers through use of Stories applications across Instagram and other platforms as required.

Requirements:

THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties):

  • Engaging followers on social media networks with replies and management of contest/content gathering.
  • Contributing content ideas that support and promote specific areas from restaurant social media, emerging trends, nightlife/daylife, and pop culture as a whole
  • Monitoring staff and artist's social media efforts, tracking and effectively reporting to the Digital Marketing Supervisor on those efforts.
  • Expected to attend entertainment and beach club events with a keen eye to capture content of interaction with artists, celebrities, and stage events for live upload.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in the collection of pictures, organization of captured content and working with creative team on select images for promotional use.
  • Sharing information about ongoing social events and competitor's social media efforts
  • Update and maintain internal and external events calendar, updating regularly to ensure no conflicts or discrepancies with special events / BEOs
  • Track Artist's/event partner's social media to ensure obligations are fulfilled
  • Manages and schedules third party event photographers and videographers.
  • Drive great digital creative content to allow for scalability across multiple platforms; these include reserved, programmatic, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints following established procedures with 3rd party reputation management sites.
  • Creates post-event reports including recaps, project evaluation, and overall project results with the Director of Partnership Marketing and Marketing Supervisor.
  • Maintains inventory of all venues' promotional items and research new engaging giveaways that would make an overall positive impact to the guest experience.
  • Works in conjunction with leadership to manage online ticket sales processes to streamline the guest experience

  • An ownership mentality with the ability to think independently, self-learn, and create and develop ideas that lead to positive change/improvements.
  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities as well as work environment.
  • Ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are absolutely required.

MUST HAVE'S

  • Knowledge of online technology with particular focus in blogs, social networks (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), mobile and other emerging platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • Content management systems to update/add content.
  • Strong communication, research, presentation, and creative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mac OSX.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a must.

WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S

  • 1-2 years prior Marketing Experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
