What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Delivery Driver position at Virginia Business Systems?
Interested interview's must possess a valid drivers license, be able to clearly communicate both verbal and written. Be able to lift upwards of 70lbs. Responsible to prepare and load equipment and supplies for delivery. Ensures all necessary delivery and pick up documents are completed by obtaining customer signatures on required forms. Verify operator manuals are delivered or returned, if picking up, and obtains the customer initials on equipment movement forms. Pick up all supplies with returned equipment and complete return forms. Install and uninstall accessories on equipment at customer locations and perform a brief demo to all customers upon delivery. Shrink-wrap returned equipment and tag with appropriate identification form after return completed. Verify the accuracy of meters and record. Scan all equipment movement forms to appropriate account in E-Automate and email the appropriate billing and sales rep, confirming delivery. Maintains a daily driver log. Assist warehouse manager in preparing equipment by tagging, unboxing and staging equipment. Breaks down empty boxes and put in recycle bundler. Takes pallets and trash out. Ensures warehouse is neat, clean and is conscientious of safety concerns. Performs daily maintenance and weekly inspections on delivery vehicle. Reports all maintenance issues to manager immediately. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
