General Description:
Reston Center’s point of contact for faculty, staff, students and community. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Enrollment Management. Maintain and update files. Track monthly expenses, reconcile accounts and order supplies. Responsible for all aspects of mailroom and copier functions. Assist with special projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Required KSAs:
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices.
- Excellent organizational and office management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must provide a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of computer operations including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, Adobe, PeopleSoft and NOVAConnect and proven ability to learn new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some experience providing a high level of customer service via phone, in-person, or electronically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher with experience in office technology.
- Prior work experience in higher education.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft.
- Some Experience with procurement and purchasing. Bilingual (Spanish).
