What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proofreader position at Virginia Senate?
The Senate of Virginia is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to fill a temporary position assisting in the editing, proofing, and production of legislative documents and information during the 2022 Session of the Virginia General Assembly, that runs from January 12, 2022 through March 12, 2022.
This is a non-benefited, temporary position.

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have the ability to multi-task; work effectively with limited supervision; and have demonstrable proficiency with the Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior proofreading experience is a plus.
Liberal arts degree is preferred.
