Viridian Management is seeking a dedicated self-starter who will embrace our vision and values to support our dynamic and growing company as a Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will possess multiple years of experience in multi-family affordable housing with direct experience leading and mentoring others, and have served as a senior site manager, compliance specialist, or senior property accountant. This is a remote / work from home position, however, the preferred candidate will reside in or be willing to relocate to Eastern Oregon or Washington.

The Regional Manager will lead a team and is accountable for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family housing projects and the achievement of basic property operational and supervisory goals. This includes, but is not limited to occupancy, maintenance, staffing, financial health, accessibility and program compliance. Additionally, the Regional Manager will be the main point of contact for agencies, owners and investors.

Location: Remote (preferred candidate will reside in Spokane, Tri-Cities, or Eastern Oregon)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hrs/week / M-F

Compensation: $ 6500-7500 / month performance bonus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s Degree
  • Licensed Property Manager
  • Valid driver?s license and insurance
  • Legally qualified to work in the US
  • 4 to 6 years? experience with multi-family housing (affordable housing preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years? employment with Viridian Management preferred
  • 3 to 5 years? direct management experience
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail and Chrome internet browser. Proficient in managing processes through Yardi, KissFlow and Tenant Tech
  • Ability to mentor new employees
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager, Compliance Specialist or Senior Property Accountant
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to supervise site staff teams
  • Complete knowledge of Viridian policies and funding regulations
  • Proficient with use of computer, fax, scanner, printer, smartphone and tablets
  • Ability to type at 60-words per minute
  • Ability to type in 10-key
