Description
This position will focus on building a world-class client centric organization. Ensuring that all aspects of Virtua International Holdings (VIH) client relations policies, procedures, objectives and initiatives influence a positive world- class customer experience. This position would report to the Chief Operating Officer with a dotted line to the President of Virtua Capital Management

1. Develops, directs and communicates procedures governing all client relations interactions for all VIH entities.
2. Leverages client feedback to identify opportunities that enhances the Existing-Investor experience.
3. Continually assesses Industry best practices to drive continuous improvements, streamline processes, and increase efficiencies in Investor satisfaction.
4. Interfaces with clients to answer questions, resolve problems and recommend corrective actions where needed to rectify escalating situations in a timely manner.
5. Supports and drives a dynamic team environment by motivating, coaching and leading the team to successfully achieve department goals.
6. Manage some aspects of investor communications; including generating and preparation of quarterly Investor reporting, tax related materials, Ad hoc client requests and providing quantitative metrics around fund performance
7. Act as liaison internally with various VIH teams regarding client reporting requests and other projects
8. Lead team members that serves as point of contact for existing investors -respond to questions regarding statements, due diligence items, performance, Ad Hoc client requests, etc.
9. Proven track record of analyzing and utilizing insights from data collection.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. Minimum of (5) five years of experience in customer service leadership
2. Proven ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships both internally and externally
3. Experience in handling compliance related issues, difficult and or escalated situations.
4. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business administration or related field or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Working knowledge of financial services, real estate brokerage or private equity fund management.
