• Office 365 tenant set up
• SharePoint and PWA Configuration & Project Templates
• High-level Solution Design
• Project Server Detailed Design
• Project for the web configuration
• Manage Workflow, Enterprise Project Types & Custom Fields, Project Detail Pages
• Experience in Project Snapshot, Versioning, baselining, Critical path & Variance analysis
• Project planning, Project tracking, Scheduling and Resource allocation
• Project Management security by user, group & category
• Proficient in Queuing & database administration
• Configured Office 365 environments for Microsoft Team’s
• Onboarding and Reporting
• Training and Validation
• Configuration Documents
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Project Plan functions & Features
• Portfolio & Project Management functions, Link & Integrate Projects
• Manage Custom Project Views, Fields, Security, RBS & Filters
• Working with DAX formulae for creating variables like Previous Month, Previous Quarter, etc. and creating interactive visuals using geographic data
• Creating & Managing Graphical & Power BI Reports using Gannt, Excel …, Global dashboard
• Integration with other Microsoft tools & Third-party tools
• Experience in Project Server Migration & Fluent-Pro Migration tools
• Troubleshoot & resolve tool issues and questions escalated by the Clients
• Expert proficiency in MS SharePoint, Project Server, Project Online, Power BI, Microsoft 365, including analysis, design, planning, implementation, integration, upgrade, migration, rollout, change management, support, and training for all user types - Team Members, Project Managers, Resource Managers and Executives
