Job Title: Registered Nurse - PACU

Location: Fort Mohave, AZ

Client: Level III Trauma Center

Client Details: Trusted Staffe is partnering with a distinguished Level III trauma center in Fort Mohave, AZ, to find a skilled Registered Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for a 3-year commitment.

Job Description

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Variable
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Available for a 3-year commitment
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school required
  • Valid Arizona Registered Nurse License or Compact State Registered Nurse License required
  • ACLS certification required upon hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon hire
  • ASPAN Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • NIH stroke certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in PACU/ACU

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, pain levels, and overall recovery process.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery plans.

Salary : $72,000 - $89,500
