We are looking for a motivated, proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual with the aptitude to quickly understand key concepts and an ability to influence and collaborate with business partners.
As the ATM Manager, you will lead a team of engineers in the development of ATM Terminal Driving applications for Visa’s Debit Processing System. These applications reside on the Tandem Connex HP NonSTop platform and adjacent servers.
Responsibilities:
- Build/maintain a high performing team; hire/retain talent
- Demonstrate Visa’s core values

- Develop and empower direct reports to make appropriate technical decisions
- Actively manage resources in alignment with forecast models to maximize productivity and optimize cost
- Work closely with cross-functional management team to plan project-based work
- Partner with Product resources to identify clear business requirements
- Manage development resources and collaborate with vendors by setting clear business and technical expectations
- Identify process improvements and/or ineffective use of project hours and resources
- Generate innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities to contribute to the Visa enterprise, DPS service’s and project’s success
- Oversee software release implementations and ensure resource availability to support deployment activities in various environments
Colorado Salary Statement
This position has a minimum base salary of $117,700 and a midpoint base salary of $153,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS
MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant
experience with a PhD
Other Qualifications
- Experience in the payments space, with 3 years experience delivering projects in the ATM Terminal
- 3 years experience working with vendors in the ATM space.
- Experience in driving roadmap discussions for the portfolio.
- Excellent collaboration skills with business partners, help desk and support, and vendor partners.
- Excellent understanding of the ATM Terminal Handling portfolio.
