This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
The Regional Product and Solutions center of excellence is a new team at Visa, working across the five regional teams servicing our clients in market. The regional teams serve as a bridge between Global Product and Sales and are rapidly evolving to better serve the changing needs of both these core constituents. There are a number of formal touchpoints between Global Product, Global BPO, and the Regional Product team, and this role will focus on coordination across these various touchpoints – building out process, interlocking with the VAS organization as it forms, and working across the annual operating cycle of the business to ensure and efficient, productive and value-adding outcomes for the Regional Product team and the business as a whole.
Essential Functions
Design and implement new process to ensure cross-regional and global prioritization
Implement systems where regional aggregation will be value add to both Regions and Global
