The Global Debit team is responsible for driving the growth of the Visa Consumer Debit product globally, as well as providing scalable solutions that support the regions, enhance core Debit products, and help address strategic issues that impact the Debit product. The team works in the context of a broader mission to accelerate the growth of Visa’s related Ready Funds products (Debit, Prepaid, ATM), which underscores the need to identify and address cross-product synergies and opportunities for expanded growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess industry trends and articulate a cross product vision and strategy for the Ready Funds businesses
- Support the Ready Funds product family by leading requirement gathering sessions with cross-business teams, leveraging best practices that drive increased engagement with Visa’s clients
- Work cross-functionally and with global teams in product, sales, and marketing to management the deployment of tools, practices, and research
Additional responsibilities
- Assist in the establishment and tracking of shared goals for Ready Funds products
- Track, assess, and generate insights on Ready Funds market trends for consumption by Visa’s and our top clients’ executives
- Perform research to support strategies and new customer value propositions (CVP)
- Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management
- Assist in the development and enhancement of tools and materials to support adoption of best practices
- Support the deployment of Global Debit Scorecards
This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytic skills and comfort with presentation of data
- Desire to be part of a team that has passion for Visa’s core payments products
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Knowledge and understanding of payment schemes and familiarity with Visa’s products & services, business systems and processes is helpful
- Consulting presentation skills/experience a plus
