Job Description
The People Analytics team is growing quickly as we scale insights to all roles across the company. Join a highly-skilled team to collaborate with and develop unique solutions. This role will have exposure to our Business Partners, Workforce Planning team, Data Scientists, and Dashboard experts.
The People Analytics Architect will be responsible for the architecture of data sources between our source systems and the warehouse. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop curated data sources that feed all of our reporting, predictive and prescriptive modeling tools. You will own and lay out the foundation for advanced analytics and data science in a fast growing team.

Primary responsibilities include:
Ownership of the Data Warehouse project – from early stages to launch, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Developing standard data sources in our source applications (specifically Workday & ServiceNow, but will expand across multiple applications)
Help report developers build out reports and dashboards when available
Support the needs of data science to optimize their data sources, and help build models if available
Acting as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the people analytics team
Managing multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs
Leveraging tools, such as Workday, SQL, Python or R, Tableau, and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience working with Workday Data Sources, building custom reports & dashboards
• Experience designing and building a warehouse strategy with Workday data
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior consulting or corporate experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R or Python
• Experience applying multivariate statistical methods such as GLM, analysis of quasi-experimental research designs with non-equivalent groups (e.g., regression adjustment, matching, propensity score stratification), longitudinal analysis, classification, dimension reduction, clustering, hierarchical linear (random effects) modeling, etc., to people research problems in organizations
• Experience developing tools, conducting empirical research, practical implementation, knowledge of best practices in at least two of the following areas: employee engagement, performance management, diversity, management development, leadership development, learning and development, compensation (e.g., pay equity), or retention
• Experience working in an agile environment, breaking down work into various tasks, identifying dependencies, and managing capacity through a sprint planning process
• Experience in data visualization tools and expert Excel skills
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Thursday with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 101,800.00 to 132,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
