Job DescriptionVisa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from SMBs to the largest global corporations. The Large and Middle Market Global Product team (LMM) is part of VCS and works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, and public sector entities around the world. LMM is responsible for the product development and management of a suite of products, encompassing core products such as Fleet, Travel, Purchasing, Payables and Virtual Cards, as well as emerging verticals such as Healthcare and Employee Benefits, providing innovative payment capabilities that exceed client expectations.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the development, launch and ongoing management of commercial payments solutions within new and emerging verticals like Healthcare, Employee Benefits and Agriculture.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment. Diplomacy to manage relationships and expectations, while ensuring a strong global approach and alignment, is critical to succeeding in this role. This person must have proven experience in commercializing innovative products that deliver strong value propositions to the market. This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify use cases and define business requirements to address key client needs in emerging verticals
Capture voice of customer and analyze data to help inform product strategies, feature roadmap and/or new vertical opportunities
Understand market needs, developing value propositions, product requirements, rules, pricing, roadmap, and communicating internally and externally
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including regional product, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, operations, client services, and risk to ensure successful launch of products & capabilities
Establish and codify processes to ensure a simplified sales, implementation and onboarding model to support scale
Collaborate with global platform owners as well as core technology teams on the planning, prioritization and execution of the product roadmaps
Serve as the subject matter expert for portfolio of products, both internally and externally with Visa clients
Ensure the product strategy and product roadmaps are aligned and well-articulated to customers, prospects and partners, as well as internally within Visa
Demonstrate thought leadership and enable flawless execution

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
* 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

* 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
* MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
* Deep product management experience within commercial/B2B payments
* Experienced product leader with a record of accomplishment for creating and developing new product capabilities from initial concept to industry leadership
* Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on a deep understanding of customer needs
* Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results
* Experience managing and developing strong partnership with technology teams to influence and co-create shared roadmaps
* Excellent ability to develop and communicate strategy, and secure internal investment for products
* Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
* Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 157,700.00 to 205,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
