This position is open to the following locations: Austin, Miami, or Foster City / San Fran

This is a hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. This is not a remote role, you must be willing to live & work in one of the hub cities referenced.

Job Scope

Visa’s Transformation Office (TO) acts as a catalyst to drive change and transformation in the organization, helping Visa to achieve its business goals. The team focuses on removing barriers, enabling employees, and growing competency across the Enterprise. Visa’s TO leads initiatives to improve planning and prioritization, increase transparency and alignment, and develop enterprise agility. The Transformation Office reports into the President’s organization and is highly visible with influence across functional and regional leaders.

The Transformation Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving implementation of key Enterprise Business Agility initiatives across Visa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, building presentations for driving the change and assisting in making proposals for change. The Transformation Analyst will also be involved in defining key agility competencies on Visa’s Enterprise Agility Framework and building learning journeys that increase ease of adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate raw data into simple, but compelling presentations with visualizations that facilitate insights and drive the transformation efforts
  • Leverage a keen understanding of Transformation/Change Leadership principles and practices to partner with stakeholders and SMEs to map out current processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive process improvements to completion
  • Quickly dive deep into details and understand root causes by asking probing questions that identify deeper opportunities for change
  • Use verbal and written communications to create materials that build support and understanding for the work being done in the Enterprise Business Agility Team
  • Create/update process visualizations, RACI's, and detailed processes/practices for the Enterprise Agility team and the TO when required
  • Effectively connect with process owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to document existing processes/practices
  • Partner with Senior TO team members to collaboratively facilitate meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and various coaching/training/process improvement events
  • Support culture and change management initiatives by partnering in the establishment of measures for assessing employee mindset as it relates to Enterprise Agility

The ideal candidate will have a the ability to drive digital transformation/change efforts in an embedded consultancy model. They should be proficient in mapping operational processes end to end and proposing effectiveness/efficiency improvements. The successful candidate must be capable of building compelling presentations for all levels of an organization that provide insights and analysis. Deep, hands-on problem-solving and solutions development skills in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment will be critical to success. The role requires the person to be comfortable with ambiguity, be a creative and independent thinker, with a solid background in business analysis.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Significant experience analyzing and executing transformation projects
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles, Lean Thinking, and Change Management methods
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint deck creation capabilities with experience creating Executive level presentations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to devise effective business solutions
  • Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business environments
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail
  • Well-developed strategic, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about brainstorming innovative ways to use data to answer business problems
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple data projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders such as Technology, Product, Finance, HR, Risk, and Support
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
