This is a hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. Job Scope
Visa’s Transformation Office (TO) acts as a catalyst to drive change and transformation in the organization, helping Visa to achieve its business goals. The team focuses on removing barriers, enabling employees, and growing competency across the Enterprise. Visa’s TO leads initiatives to improve planning and prioritization, increase transparency and alignment, and develop enterprise agility. The Transformation Office reports into the President’s organization and is highly visible with influence across functional and regional leaders.
The Transformation Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving implementation of key Enterprise Business Agility initiatives across Visa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, building presentations for driving the change and assisting in making proposals for change. The Transformation Analyst will also be involved in defining key agility competencies on Visa’s Enterprise Agility Framework and building learning journeys that increase ease of adoption.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a the ability to drive digital transformation/change efforts in an embedded consultancy model. They should be proficient in mapping operational processes end to end and proposing effectiveness/efficiency improvements. The successful candidate must be capable of building compelling presentations for all levels of an organization that provide insights and analysis. Deep, hands-on problem-solving and solutions development skills in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment will be critical to success. The role requires the person to be comfortable with ambiguity, be a creative and independent thinker, with a solid background in business analysis.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
