The wellbeing and benefits team is looking for a project analyst with strong management skills to execute ideas and strategies as defined by the team and to support global wellbeing and North America health and safety.
You are extremely organized, execute masterfully even in ambiguity and love to build out or enhance processes. You skillfully manage logistics, projects and events even with little precedent or structure. You have excellent meeting end email hygiene and proactively plan meetings with agendas and keep them on track. You are passionate about wellbeing and interested in employee benefits. You can communicate effectively with many different stakeholders and hold them accountable. You lead with empathy and respond in ways that instill trust.
Essential Functions
Wellbeing
- Event Logistics: Own the day-to-day management of the wellbeing speaker series, ambassador program and employee led communities. This includes working with speakers and vendors, planning and owning event logistics, managing communication and calendar invites, etc.
- Global Project Management: Develop Manage communication flow and processes to ensure global teams receive support and share best practices and resources. Consolidate all regions’ wellbeing offerings into a unified global view.
- Wellbeing Ambassadors: Develop and implement process to support wellbeing ambassadors. Build out influencer style engagement model.
- Comms: Collate and track all information needed to deliver emails, calendar invites, intranet articles, wellbeing site updates and monthly wellbeing corner. Collaborate with corporate comms.
- Dashboards Reporting: Develop and manage exec dashboards and deliver regular stakeholder updates.
Health and Safety
- Employee Escalations - Identify and resolve employee issues including payroll deduction corrections, policy questions, and balance issues.
- Service Awards - Manage the global service milestone award program including vendor management, award ordering, escalated issues, and site contact relationships in collaboration with HR Operations.
- Commuter Benefit - Maintain U.S. commuter benefit programs including transit, parking, bike to work, and rideshare. Collaborate with site leads on annual commuter registration for Bay Area employees.
- Educational Assistance Program - Oversee U.S. and Canada educational assistance program administration including monthly ticket audits, escalated issues, policy interpretation, spend and utilization
- Sports Clubs - Lead Responsible for sports club open enrollment, communications, interpret policy, budgets and expense approvals
- Mothers Parents Rooms - Manage vendor onsite access and mothers’ parents room servicing
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2-4 years of work experience in a senior support or analyst level executing projects and programs
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent project management skills and formal project management experience process focused and driven
- Able to work well both within both structured and unstructured environments, able to create structure and process where it may not exist
- Strong ability to up-level work product to be more organized, effective and higher quality
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders especially vendors, managers and global partners
- HR experience – able to handle confidential employee information, understands legal perspectives on benefits and/or HR
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities in a timely and organized fashion
- Able to convey ideas and pitch creative using PowerPoint and can write and ideally design flyers, Teams posts and other communications

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
