We are looking for RN ICU in Bradenton FL. We need someone with 2 years of
experience as RN ICU.
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night 7p-7a with every other weekend is required
Confirmed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 Days/Week and 12 Hrs/Day)
Pay Package:
Regular Rate: $97.65/hr (traveler) & $91.24/hr (Local)
Package for Travelers: (Based on 36 hours per week)
Total Gross Income: $3,515.4/week (Breakdown: $ 1,498/week (Max) is Non-Taxable $2,017.4/week is Taxable)
Certificate: BLS must be from AHA (American Heart Association)
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of FL
Responsibilities
·The Registered Nurse (ICU) provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the client.
·The Registered Nurse (ICU) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
· The Registered Nurse (ICU) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the units.
· Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
· Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
· Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
· Begin treatment and monitor doses.
· If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
