We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for analyzing incoming projects, verifying that all documentation, measurements, and information are submitted correctly to confirm we can successfully install solar panels on the customer's home. This is a full-time position that involves analyzing, data entry, computer skills, and administration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry and computer skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in project administration.
Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am and Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8:30pm
Responsibilities
Analyze new projects to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with sales team to gather information necessary to ensure a successful project
Enter project information into the company database and confirm all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth project management and timely completion
Assist with administrative tasks related to project management
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with computers
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the solar industry preferred but not required
The position is located in Blackwood, NJ.
