Supports– Project Managers, Sales, Operations or Admin as required including but not limited to various Pre-Sales, Planning, Implementation, and Closing Activities
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Phase Activities:
• Pull job numbers in CRM and set-up folders on the network• Project take-offs and spreadsheets for estimates• Develop initial P&L• Sales and Marketing
Planning Phase Activities:• Creates/Supports the development of detailed Service Tickets o Includes the following: SOW, BOL/BOM, Test & Acceptance Plan, and Communications Plans• Prepares and submits Purchase Requests to purchasing• Submit PO/Contract and P&L(s) to Admin and request for Project Status• Participate in Internal kick-off meetings
Implementation Phase Activities• Budget tracking activitieso Run job cost reports• Create invoice requests• Create change orders in VIMs and change request service tickets for service technicians
Closing Phase Activities:• Run closing reports: job cost reports, backlog PO reports• Create final project invoice request• Support warranty registration process
Qualifications
AA or higher degree in related field preferred• Experience/Knowledge of Data Centers is strongly preferred• Ability to coordinate with other engineering disciplines• Must be knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel, and an email application such as MS Office Outlook• Experience as a project coordinator or exposure to a data center environment is highly desired
