Business Unit CFO

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing critical financial insights to our leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and technical accounting, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage and analyze our financial reports, providing insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue cycle management, expense management, and payroll management
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and improve cash flow
- Provide technical accounting expertise and ensure the accuracy of our financial statements
- Interpret financial data to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks and investors
- Foster a culture of financial transparency and accountability throughout the organization
- Manage and lead a team of financial professionals, providing mentorship and guidance

Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in technical accounting and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage and analyze complex financial data
- Expertise in revenue cycle management, expense management, and payroll management
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and risk analysis
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for corporate finance and financial risk management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
