What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Director position at Visionary Access, Inc.?

The Events Director role is responsible for the execution of Visionary Events (Virtual & In person Gatherings) and coordinating with Third Party Events/Conference provides for onsite support of paying members who are attending.

1 Events Director can handle a few 4 - 5 third party events per month alongside 3 Visionary events weekly, and handling action items on at least one other event daily (5 other events in the production step by step per week)

Visionary Events Role & Responsibilities:

  • Building department systems and a team that is proficient to eliminate current department bottlenecks and help the events department scale.
  • Will be coordinating Visionary Events/Gatherings (2 Step On-site Process) in tandem with 3rd Party Conferences/Events
  • Will be coordinating Virtual Gatherings for paying members in 2022
  • Coordination with the Engagement Managers/Associates regarding paying members' expectations and input for campaign execution.
  • Will be coordinating with Access Partners on referrals for Visionary events
  • Coordinating Response Processing for Campaigns
  • Combing attendee list for high/low priority network activations.
  • Will be confirming event presenters:
  • Coordinating with enough co - hosts/speakers in advance to a weekly lineup of events and professionally at each step coordinate with each.
  • Confirm the top few hosts/co-presenters and have others ready just in case, and If everything goes well, coordinate those other co-presenters with alternative events, while repositioning those that are unable to attend.
  • Coordination with the finance department on goals set, paying members involved, and budgets in use.
  • Coordination of Post Event Video editing with the data team as part of the post event deliverables.
