JD:
- Minimum of 7 years of TMIC relevant experience required.
- Minimum of 4 years of SAP Commissions/Callidus implementation experience.
- SAP Commissions HANA experience preferred.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning required
- Relevant experience in other sales performance management, or incentive compensation solutions such as Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.
- Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required.
- Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization required
