We are seeking a Senior Analyst to drive forward our proprietary marketing and predictive analytics dashboard and support our clients by providing thorough insights and campaign analytics to drive the success of our marketing strategies. The Senior Analyst should have an inherent curiosity and passion for analytics and a strong drive for forward progress and constant improvement in delivery excellence, processes, platform and tech stack.
What You Will Do
Primary team member responsible for the ongoing vision, development and maintenance of VisionPoint’s proprietary marketing dashboard, Enrollment Drive.
Works with the Media team to setup, analyze, and report on client marketing campaigns, including both organic SEO campaigns as well as paid media initiatives (both digital and traditional).
Stays up to date on industry trends and drives delivery improvement and process refinement for the Analytics team.
Partners with business unit leads to connect data, understand KPIs, and create reports and self-service dashboards that tie back to measurement models.
Uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and various integrations to create, monitor, and adjust tracking mechanisms across all platforms.
Oversees data pulls from multiple systems.
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions regarding the effectiveness of campaigns and make strategically sound recommendations for improvements.
Apply statistical analyses to determine whether results are statistically significant and can be replicated across other campaigns.
Develop predictive models, evaluate market demand, and perform other advanced statistical analyses.
Lead the application and refinement of statistical models for analysis of marketing and higher education enrollment related data.
Explore machine learning/ AI and how those technologies can drive predictive insights and improvements without the intervention of analysts.
Drive technology requirements and investments in analytics stack to build solutions that meet functional requirements and client needs.
Are You a Perfect Fit?
3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data science, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in R and Python.
Experience in Looker (or similar BI/ Visualization tool).
Experience in BigQuery (or similar Data warehouse).
Experience with Salesforce and/or Slate CRMs preferred.
Data mining/predictive modeling experience.
Experience with data visualization.
Experience with higher education marketing/analytics preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Thirst for knowledge and passion to learn and grow in your area of expertise.
Sense of ownership and accountability to the goals, the client, the team, and VisionPoint.
Willingness to positively contribute to VisionPoint’s culture and embody our values.
