Warehouse
Classification: Full-Time, Monday – Thursday, 2nd Shift, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Flexibility required)

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of raw materials from the warehouse to the press, utilizing the bar code scanning system (visual warehouse)
- Prepare finished goods for delivery, i.e., skid wrapping/labeling, preparing bill of lading, and loading
- Use of appropriate tool, i.e., fork truck, reach trucks, manual, and electronic pallet jacks to transport materials to and from the warehouse
- Pull finished good inventory and maintain computerized inventory and prepare for shipment
- Administer trash removal throughout the plant including waste bales
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Other duties as assigned
General Requirements:
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques used to effectively manufacture and distribute materials and products
- Knowledge of machines, tools, and computers, including design, use, repairs and maintenance
- Ability to understand mathematical applications, ex. measurement, logic, etc.
- Experience working with bar code scanning systems preferred, i.e., Visual Warehouse
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of professions and personalities
- Good command of the English language; ability to effectively read and write
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of, and ability to, train, instruct, and measure individual ability
- Detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and push/roll 300 – 800 pounds with pallet jack
- Good manual dexterity for cutting, grasping, guiding, pressing, pulling, pushing, rolling, typing, turning knobs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces and reach, twist, bend and stretch when required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and acute depth perception
- Ability to decipher colors
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing
