Position Summary/Purpose:
Minnwest is seeking a full time Digital Project Manager for our Eagan Training Center location. This position is a hybrid of the traditional Project Manager and Business Analyst bringing some of the analyst functions into the role of Project Manager such as documenting business requirements and providing support for budgetary considerations as well as contributing to the establishment of metrics to measure the level of success for a given project. The project portfolio for this position will be comprised of primarily digital and technology related projects such as Online Banking Platform development and ancillary services as well as new internal processing platform implementations and deployments. The Digital PM will rely on a mix of PM methodologies including waterfall and scrum and will apply the appropriate methods and philosophies as necessary.
