Title: Senior Manager Trainer, Client Services


Summary

Client Services team members are the face of VisiQuate and are passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to creating positive, memorable experiences to increase client satisfaction, drive user adoption, add value and maintain client retention. Trainers at VisiQuate are likable, friendly, analytical, and highly professional.  


The key essential functions of a Training Manager are go-live support for new applications and processes, which includes coordinating and conducting post go-live visits/check-ins. Conducting role-specific, system-specific and business-specific training classes and workshops in both end-user and train-the-trainer situations.  

Complete all pre and post class activities such as reviewing and preparing training content/activities/materials, printing training materials/rosters, prepping computers/laptops, validating attendance, completing participant report cards, grading assessments, completing associated learning management system tasks, setup/breakdown physical classrooms and virtual environments, etc.

VisiQuate new hire training (classroom, and online/virtual) functions which include orientation, meet and greets, revenue cycle training, application training, role specific classes, etc.  Conduct continuing education classes (classroom, and online/virtual) for new/existing applications, processes and programs, etc. across the enterprise.

Consulting with client and other Client teams to design, develop, and maintain curriculum for Client products and services. Create learning content such as videos, interactive eLearning modules, presentations, demos, simulations, activities and assessments.

Liaising with product development team, business analysts, Account Managers and key functional developers to design and build training and learning plans ranging from fundamental levels through to more advanced levels depending on the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Confidently deliver training sessions which educate and enable new users, illustrating the benefits of the software, effectively communicating value to clients and instilling confidence and belief in the product.
  • Deliver a training session in a clear, concise and simple manner so that all levels of students understand the power of the product.
  • Enhance current processes in the onboarding and account management areas of the business.
  • Nurture clients towards a successful implementation using intimate knowledge of both the industry and the product.
  • Go over and above to ensure clients are comfortable using the software by delivering training and review sessions, instruct/guide the customer through tasks, both onsite & online.
  • Bring your own personality to develop rapport and meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Collect product feedback from clients and share it with the relevant teams, managing communication of the request through to completion and communicating product changes to the customer.
  • Be proactive.  Stay ahead of the curve in the revenue cycle industry and with each client, striving to meet the needs of the client and the industry to remain the market leader.

Education & Skills 

  • Motivated self-starter with high potential for growth.
  • 3-5 years working as a trainer – ideally in Finance, Accounting or some aspect of the healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Hands on industry experience with business intelligence solutions preferred (ex. Microstrategy, Tableau, Qliktech, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft BI Platform, or others).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate to all levels of users from developers to executives- strong documentation skills.
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-paced, nimble, and results-oriented work environment.
  • Experience in designing technical course content.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to large crowds or 1:1 deskside mentoring.
  • CTT Certification (Certified Technical Trainer) is preferred.
  • SaaS  – Software as a Service experience helpful.
  • Experience Analyzing information and data.
