Operations Manager Essential Duties:
- Business Development in the community to build and grow referral relationships.
- Manage an office team along with outside field staff.
- Recruitment, on-boarding & supervision of office staff and assist with finding the right caregiver staff.
- Coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical community providers.
- Must ensure compliance with state requirements along with company policies and procedures
- Ensure client and caregiver satisfaction.
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- A strong leader with proven success in an extremely competitive industry. Healthcare related field is preferred.
- Have the ability to demonstrate hitting and exceeding growth goals while continuing to operate within budgetary guidelines.
- Must have a “make it happen” mindset and be able to give examples of how this is demonstrated. Not afraid to step in and "get their hands dirty".
- Must be able to think outside the box, brainstorm with team and be creative to create new strategies or problem-solving techniques as needed.
