An “In Home Caregiver” is an integral part of the Vista Care Team. As an “IHS - DSP," you will travel across Sheboygan and assist many individuals in many rewarding ways.
Little to no experience is required, we will happily provide training to you!
Pay and Benefits:
$15.00/hour average wage
Raise after your first 90 days!
Weekly paydays
Daily Pay options available
Health/Dental/Vision Insurance available after the first 60 days
401k starting after the first 60 days
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Requirements:
CBRF Certification is a plus. We will help you to obtain certification if you do not already have it.
Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance if you have interest in a driving position.
Driving positions are great ways to take the Individuals on fun outings.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Familiarity with the Apple operating systems (IOS) Able to complete state required training (CCS) within the timeframe given.
Desire to enjoy what you do.
Job Duties:
Assist individuals supported with their day to day adventures.
Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, doing the dishes, and laundry.
Plan and execute activities with the individuals
Basic to moderate cares, depending on the individual and their needs
Prepare meals and plan a healthy meal plan with the Individuals
Assist with the distribution of medication
Drive to multiple homes in one shift to assist individuals with their needs.
