We are seeking a Vice President, Fleet Sales to join us. This unique opportunity is responsible for managing a team tasked with the control of Fleet Sales within the Vista Global family.
Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with strong communication skills to join our team in a leadership role. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Fleet Sales, your role will encompass both fleet sales strategy and team management, allowing you to shape the future of VistaJet.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead your team to exceed their potential, ensuring they are consistently achieving or surpassing their targets.
- Lead the team to optimize fleet utilization by balancing commercial availability with operational viability, while adhering to company procedures.
- Recruit and oversee training and development of new team members, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the future leaders of our Fleet Sales team.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the Operations team, Client Services, Fleet Planning & Pricing Team & Private dining, working towards common goals.
- Drive team sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue, utilization, yield and ferry targets.
- Be available out-of-hours to support your team, address senior management inquiries, and assist clients.
Fleet Sales Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Fleet Sales strategy for the designated region and fleet, driving the continued growth of our business.
- Collaborate closely with the Fleet Pricing and Fleet Planning teams to ensure seamless coordination across global entities.
- Cultivate a global network and nurture lasting relationships with brokers.
- Oversee key accounts, resolve issues, and manage outstanding matters.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts for the region, including events, activations, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Oversee business development strategy for the region.
- Travel internationally and domestically to engage with key accounts and potential customers, expanding our market presence.
- Execute any additional tasks as required by the Executive Vice President, Fleet Sales or Chief Revenue officer.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 5 Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
- Experience in Team management and development.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious.
