Job Description Junior QA Engineer Located in San Diego, CA, Foresight Sports is a designer and manufacturer of performance analysis and game enhancement technologies. Our products include launch monitors, simulators, performance/entertainment software, and smart mobility solutions for a variety of sports and games. We are seeking an experienced Junior QA Engineer to join our team! Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Please list primary duties first) Review software requirements, specifications and technical design documents, providing feedback to increase quality of product Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases Analyze bugs and errors found during tests Document results of tests for the software development team Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience Work with company’s IT resources to implement testing tools and technologies Create and track quality assurance metrics Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Support all company information technology efforts as required Support all company sales and promotional efforts as required Requirements/Qualifications Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware problems Familiarity with best practices in UI/UX design Exceptional attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines when necessary Minimum Education Required Bachelors Commensurate experience may substitute for Education requirement (Applies only up to a Bachelors) Required field of study Computer Science or related Years of Experience 0-2 We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
