About Visual Products:
Located in Wellington, Ohio U.S.A. about 30 miles southwest of Cleveland, we are an international supplier of new and refurbished motion picture gear. Our 15,000 square foot facility combines a showroom, office space, machine shop, service department and a warehouse. Our customers range from the small independent filmmaker to the seasoned professional cinematographer. Whether it be a film camera or a Technocrane, we have been here to help meet our clients' needs for more than 30 years.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and report accurate financials, client/vendor databases, inventory, account receivables, account payables, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage documents, files, mail, equipment, costs and various office management related duties.
- Assist in developing and maintaining company policies and procedures for operations and compliance with various bureaus.
- A variety of duties that support the workflow. Examples include answering the phone, packaging and shipping, running errands, assisting in videos-if you so desire, etc.
- Assist in research, sales, purchasing and social media if needed.
- You will be the glue that holds the team together-incorporating fun into the atmosphere and organizing days of appreciation.

Requirements:

- Education or experience with Sage Accounting Software a plus. Education or experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software a must.
- Salary is based on education and/or experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
