Qualifications:
Passionate about understanding business needs and customer expectations.
5 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst or Technical Project Manager.
Experience producing UI wireframes and business process flowcharts.
Experience writing user stories, conducting discovery, scoping features, and writing clear and concise requirements documents.
Experience working across teams to synthesize feedback and input from customers and technical staff.
Bachelor’s degree.
Must have experience interviewing customers and understanding their needs.
Ability to explain complex topics using clear and concise language.
Must be willing to travel periodically to customer locations throughout the U.S.
Other:
Experience working on enterprise web-based applications or SaaS applications ideal.
Working interviews and/or demonstration of abilities required.
