Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dental office team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including patient scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between dental staff, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless operations.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the practice and attract new patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
