At Vita Nova, we strive to create an authentic, memorable, and rejuvenating experience! We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter, and capable Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. You must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
Job Activities and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and web-based leads
- Schedule patients for consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments
- Greets all incoming patients and identifies opportunities to build relationshipsÂ
- Assist Med Spa Providers with patient coordination, and assist Office Manager with administrative duties
- Obtains signed documents from patients in accordance with practice policy, including patient intake forms and appropriate consents
- Must adhere to HIPAA compliance
- Assists with inventory and product stocking
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of Meevo 2 software
- Experience with TouchMD is a plus
- Must have 2 years of experience in customer service, aesthetic industry preferred
- Must be available to work Saturdays, if needed
