PERSONAL CARE WORKER - CAREGIVER

Duties & Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Meaningful companionship
- Maintaining professional relationship with client and family members
- Personal Care including but not limited to bathing, meal preparation, mobility assistance, running errands, medication reminders, grooming & toileting
- Patient transfers
- Reporting of clients mental or physical condition to supervisor
- Activities including but not limited to shopping & scheduling appointments
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal care and companionship
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel 20 to 30 minutes to a client’s home
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- COVID & influenza vaccine
- Two professional references
- Drug screen, Tuberculosis (TB) test and 7-year background check
- Conscientious, observant, and proactive
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel surrounding cities
