Job Type: Per Diem; 1099 Contract.
Pay rate/range: $120/ hr.
Job Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in San Francisco, CA.
Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Perform blood draws for patients.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Valid and clean license to work in CA.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified (FNP-C) (FNP-BC).
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
- Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
- Occupational health background highly desirable.
- Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
- Must be able to commute to San Francisco, CA.
