Team Member Weeknights/Weekends - Part Time

We are actively hiring for part-time team members who want to build a culture that is fun, food-centric, cutting edge, and fast-paced.

In addition to the hourly rate, you can expect an additional $2-$4/hour from tips.

We are specifically looking for employees that can work evenings (3-4pm - 7:30pm) and weekends (any-time)

Superfood Crew Member

We specialize in life changing, all-natural eats - Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Fresh Juices, Salads, Grain Bowls, Wellness Wraps, and more! Your job is to introduce customers to our Superfood menu, and to serve it with speed and accuracy. We want you to own the customer experience and take the initiative to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Be a great team player!
• Greet every customer enthusiastically and provide superior customer service.
• Fill orders with speed and accuracy.
• When not filling orders, employees must constantly prep food for the next shift.
• Always keep café clean, particularly at each serving station, front of restaurant, customer seating, restroom, and back end.
• Follow all Vitality Bowls policies and procedures, especially with communications, including shift scheduling app, email, text messages, and instructions posted in work areas.
• Use checklists provided by Shift Leaders/Management to complete all assigned tasks.
