Job Description:
- Hire and train new staff members.
- Supervise staff during shifts.
- Create a budget for the department.
- Respond to patients' complaints or concerns.
- Discipline staff when necessary.
Experience:
- 2 years of RN Nurse Manager
License and Certifications:
- RN License for CO State
- BLS
- Co-vid Vaccination Certificate
References:
- 2 Manager Reference (in 12 Months)
- 1 Colleague/Peer Reference (in 3 Years)
Contract length: 13 weeks
