Title: RN Step Down
Location: Stockbridge, GA
Shift: 12 Hours/day, 3 days/week, Days shift
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Job Description:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Experience:
- 2 years of RN Stepdown experience.
License and Certifications:
- RN License Of GA State
- BLS
- ACLS
- Co-Vid Vaccine Certification

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
