IN this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

• To assist and provide service for ADLs, daily chores, errands, cognitive development
• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
• Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• When properly certified, also perform in the role of medication administration in accordance with practitioner orders.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

VitaWerks is hiring a Direct Service Provider in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in NH. Work Full or Part Time! Secure a stable opportunity with us and extend your care immediately.

Personal Support Specialist Responsibilities:

Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including Cooking, Meal Prep, Errands, Walking/Exercise, Companionship, Housekeeping, Med Reminders

ABOUT YOU:

• Has at least three months of experience as a DSP
• Has a passion for the job and a genuine desire to help others
• State ID
• Background Check
• PE and TB documents
• COVID Vaccination Card
• DSP certification preferred
• Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) preferred but not necessary.
