The L.E.A.N. Coach gets the responsibility for introducing L.E.A.N. in the focus factory as active contributor to reach the Business Targets and to implement and sustain lean behavior delegated from the Focus Factory Manager.
Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Science, Engineering, or business administration) or equivalent
L.E.A.N. Coach Certification Preferred
5 years of similar Professional Experience Cross-functional experience preferred
Several years experience leading internal lean projects or Project Management
Experience working in global/international teams
Experience in working with international teams
English Language Fluent
Willing to travel internationally
Exceptional Communication and Coaching Experience
Working Time: Full time

Job Description:
- Consult and coach plant and management team on lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity & quality
- Member of the global L.E.A.N Network for best practice sharing & cross-plant support
- Contribute to the budgeted scrap reduction and variable production cost reduction
- Responsible for adapting Lean Implementation Concept from VT O L.E.A.N central to plant Seguin needs, including but not limited to tracking of Lean systems
- Lead all lean activities within plant Seguin
Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Science, Engineering, or business administration) or equivalent
L.E.A.N. Coach Certification Preferred
