PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED 20 - 25 hrs/week
Manufacturer in office park seeks part-time administrative help to support sales team. The ideal candidate exhibits excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has ability to prioritize tasks. Candidate must also be computer proficient. Candidate must have good social skills.
Hours & duties can be flexible.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 - 5:30 pm and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general office tasks, customer service duties and basic sales functions.
o Process Sales Orders;
o Prepare and invoice customers;
o Compile, maintain and update company records;
o Address customer questions & handle basic issues;
o Create and file documents;
o Answer phones & contact customers.
