We are looking for a patient-oriented healthcare service representative. Problem-solving comes naturally to patient care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve patient complaints. We strive for excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking inbound calls
- Answer questions concerning patient equipment
- Insurance verification
- Assist with billing questions and concerns
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn about medical products
- Phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable using computer programs
DME experience is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
